Today I went for my braces consult and I could not be more excited to go back!When I first walked in I was greeted, offered sparkling water and was made to feel at home. I met Dawn and went back to have my x-rays and teeth scanned, all a delightful experience.I then met with Dr. Ohara who listened to my concerns, explained my options and gave me a positive outlook with my choice. They already had my insurance information, which I was delighted to be told that some was covered! Dawn and Dr. Ohara went over what to expect, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and excited. The financing offer was so helpful. I can’t recommend Edmonds Orthodontics enough. I just finished up my Invisalign treatment and really can't say enough good things about Edmonds Orthodontics. Everything went as promised and the results are terrific. Along the way, everyone I talked with was super friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the technology that allowed me to do my scans at home rather than having to come into the office much. If I had a question, it was answered promptly. No additional charges above what I was initially quoted. And like I said, I'm very happy with the way my teeth look right now. Highly recommended!

First time orthodontics at age 42. Dr. O'Hara fully explained the health and structural benefits instead of just the cosmetic ones. I responded really well to the Invisalign process, and the home scanning and text ability of the app used was really convenient when I had questions. Dr Kim and Dr Ohara are the best! I took my oldest child to three different orthodontists prior to Edmonds Orthodontics, and none felt quite right. Dr Kim and Dr Ohara really took the time to explain the “why” behind the steps of treatment, and we felt very cared for throughout our progress. Now all three of my children, and myself, have gone through treatment here and each of us have had a unique plan depending on our individual issues with bite and alignment. Dr. Ohara at Edmonds Orthodontics and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! I went in without even knowing I had a broken jaw—can you believe that? I just knew something was off with my bite, and my dentist noticed right away, getting me straight into Edmonds Orthodontics. Dr. Ohara took me on a journey that eventually led to Seattle Jaw Surgery for a jaw replacement. While I was recovering, Dr. Ohara was already planning my Invisalign treatment, and the moment we could start, they were ready to go.Today, I officially "graduated" from Invisalign, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Ohara is such a perfectionist, and her thoroughness really showed throughout the process. The encouraging messages to keep up the good work were wonderful, and every visit to the office was met with cheerful faces and greetings that made a big difference. This group of professional, kind, and amazing people made my ortho journey surprisingly enjoyable! And to top it all off, they have ice cream bars in the lobby! From working out the payment plans to scheduling appointments with my dentist, for all the cleanings and check ups.FYI,Every time you have a cleaning, you need to schedule an appointment with Edmonds Orthodontics to take your wires out. Then go to your dentist and get your cleaning done…..AND Then go back to Edmonds Orthodontics to put new wires in.Edmonds Orthodontics would plan out all my appointments, working with my schedule, the dentist’s schedule and their own. I came to Edmonds Orthodontics on referral from my dentist. I had an impacted canine tooth and a baby tooth that needed to be removed. They were so knowledgeable and helped me to set up an extraction of the baby tooth/exposure of the canine. My canine moved much slower than expected but they stuck with me and never seemed frustrated by my stupid tooth even though I sure was! They used really cool methods to encourage the tooth to move and as you can see in the after photo posted below, it came down (eventually)! The staff were always really friendly and professional, Dr Kim and Dr Ohara are both very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Having been a dedicated patient from ages 9-19, I returned to this location for a second round of braces simply because of the comfort and exceptional service they consistently provide. Despite the significant commute, their transparency in explaining procedures and happiness to address any questions, made the trip worthwhile. Edmonds orthodontics is my number one recommendation to any family and friends. They are extremely friendly with patients, great at communicating with us and understanding with Busy schedules. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! Their practitioners are meticulous and never have once pinched my gums or caused pain while installing new wires, brackets, and making adjustments. They were wonderfully transparent on what process was happening, what's gonna happen next, and clear directions on what to do to care for your teeth. Also, their practice is honest and prioritizes you (I've talked to some offices that wanted more teeth taken out or try to talk you into more expensive procedures, this office does not do that). They did such a good job with my teeth I probably don't need to come back (sad), but if my future kids need some work done I'm 100% coming back here. They're amazing.

I hate having braces, but I like Edmonds Orthodontics B)All the staff I've interacted with are always kind and they have an ice cream cooler so you feel a little better about coming in. They also came in around $2,000 less than another office I got a consultation from further south. Hoping to only have braces once, but would definitely come back here if for some reason I had to do it again.

My son has received nothing but exemplary treatment from all doctors, medical staff, and clerical staff at Edmonds Orthodontics. They are personable, professional, and extraordinarily competent. We have found ourselves needing to move out-of-state before my son's treatment is finished, and Edmonds Orthodontics has already confirmed that they've made contact with an orthodontist's office near our destination and that they will transfer his records over so his treatment can continue seamlessly. I'd give this office ten stars if I could.

My experience with Dr. Ohara at Edmonds Orthodontics was excellent. I had braces previously as a teenager but my teeth had shifted, so I went to Edmonds Orthodontics for help. Dr Ohara listened to my concerns and worked with me to accomplish my teeth goals! The whole team is amazing. Sharin at the front desk was wonderful and warm and caring. We had some issues with my dentist and an implant that I was replacing and Dr Ohara and her team went over and above to work with my dentist to accommodate them and coordinate the two procedures. It has been a year since my braces were removed and Dr. Ohara’s office continues to follow up and make sure I’m happy. They are wonderful, and I would highly recommend Dr Ohara and her team!

Dr. Kim, Dr. Ohara, and the entire team at Edmonds Orthodontics have been top notch throughout the entire 1 year and 9 months process of improving my smile with braces. I never had braces when I was younger, so—as someone in her late forties—I wasn’t sure what to expect! But everything was explained to me at every step along the way, and I’ve really appreciated the professionalism, flexibility, and friendliness of the staff throughout this entire process. And perhaps most importantly: I am SO HAPPY with the end results! I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Edmonds Orthodontics to anyone thinking about getting braces!

Dr. Kim & Dr. Ohara are great! I just finished my Invisalign treatment with 2 office visits, one to start the treatment, and one to re-scan for retainer. All the weekly scans and follow up was so easy via the app. My bite works great and looks awesome now. Shareen, the coordinator always goes above and beyond when I have questions and needed supplies. Everyone I met in the office were wonderful to work with. I hadn't plan on orthodontics at 60, but I need my teeth to work well for another 20-30 years.
